Update: 3rd June 2013

An honest insight into Hong Kong’s only three Michelin starred Yam Cha restaurant, Lung King Heen available now. Impressed with the quality of the dishes but this surely does not merit three stars. It’s certainly not worth of a special trip.

Latest review on Harald Wohlfahrt’s Schwarzwaldstube is finally up. If you haven’t been there I would recommend you make a relaxing trip of it and get pampered at the Traube-Tonbach hotel.

Update: 24th May 2013

Finally got a chance to write up and publish the review on Eneko Atxa’s Azurmendi. Another fine addition to the array of top restaurants in the Basque region and worthwhile the trip. Get in there before it becomes impossible to get a table!

Next up and almost finished is the Schwarzwaldstube, located in the Black Forest of Germany. classic French cuisine with a German twist. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the serene location.

Upcoming adventures over the next six weeks in order include Les Cols (Catalunya), Hedone, Sushi Tetsu, Clove Club (London) and Tippling Club (Singapore). Managed to get a reservation for Attica in July to revisit Ben Shewry’s tasting menu. Rubbing my hands already!
